*Delivery time frames are in business days and are applicable to capital cities and major regional centres within New Zealand only. Other areas may take longer. Orders are shipped from our Australia based warehouse.

Processing your Order
- Standard orders are processed and sent within 2 business days.
- Time frames may vary for items with personalisation, on Pre-Sale or memorabilia pieces. Please consult the product description for these items.
- Some memorabilia items of a greater size & weight may incur different shipping charges which you will be made aware of prior to purchasing.
Please note that each individual country has different customs and duties charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Product may not be released by the relevant local authority until these charges are paid. It may be beneficial to clarify with your local authorities about these charges before placing your order.
1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is despatched you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details for your order.
Standard & international orders are sent via Australia Post e-Parcel.
Express are sent via Star Track.
2. What shipping options do you provide?
We offer standard shipping. Please see the above table for further shipping information.
3. How will my order be delivered?
Orders are sent from Australia and will be delivered via Australia Post International Courier.
4. Can I pick up my order?
No, currently there are no pick-up facilities available.
5. What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
If you miss your delivery, our courier partners will leave a card explaining how you can pick up your order or arrange a redelivery. Please use the details on the card to make the appropriate arrangements. In the majority of cases your order will be taken to the nearest post office. We recommend consulting the tracking updates for your order as this will give you a good indication of where your parcel is.
6. My order has been lost. Can you help?
Yes, all our orders are fully insured at no extra charge. We will gladly seek to replace lost orders, once we have received official confirmation from our courier partners that your order has been misplaced. If you require further assistance with a lost order, please contact our Customer Service Team.
